Location, location, location. The hotel is within easy walking distance to some of the best sights and shopping, and if you have time, trams and bus stop are close by. Staff were very helpful, and the beautiful Dogo Onsen is right next door
Pillows; I travel a lot, but these pillows reminded me of a brick, and I usually like hard pillows.
